Cancelling a single session

  • 24 hours or more notice: rescheduled within the same month at no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: the session counts as delivered. Your coach has reserved that time and shaped their route around it.
  • No answer at the door: after waiting 15 minutes, your coach may leave and the session counts as delivered.
  • If your coach cancels: the session is rescheduled at no charge, or credited to the next month if it cannot be rescheduled.

Illness, injury, and genuine emergencies are handled case by case. Tell us as early as you can and we will be reasonable.

Pausing a membership

Memberships can be paused once per 12 months for up to 30 consecutive days — for travel, illness, or a work crunch. Ask before your next billing date. Medical pauses supported by a physician's note are not counted against that allowance.

Cancelling a membership

Memberships bill monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date and you will not be billed again; sessions already paid for remain available until the end of that billing period. Cancelling inside the 7 days means one more month bills, and that month's sessions are yours to use.

Cancel by emailing or texting us. We confirm every cancellation in writing — if you did not get a confirmation, assume it did not go through and contact us again.

Refunds

Monthly membership payments are not generally refunded, because the month's sessions are available to you throughout that period. If ALL IN cannot deliver your sessions — no available coach, or we stop serving your area — we refund the unused portion.

If we end a membership

ALL IN may end a membership for unsafe or abusive conduct toward a coach, repeated non-payment, or an unsafe training environment that is not corrected. We refund any unused portion except in cases of conduct toward a coach.

These terms sit alongside your coaching agreement, which governs if the two ever conflict.
