Coaching agreement

1. The service

ALL IN provides in-home personal training in the Las Vegas Valley: a matched coach, personalized programming, session delivery at your home or an agreed nearby location, weekly accountability, and a monthly progress review.

2. Memberships and sessions

• ALL IN Signature — $899 per month, 2 sessions/week • about 8/month.
• ALL IN Transformation — $1,249 per month, 3 sessions/week • about 12/month.
• ALL IN Concierge — $1,599 per month, 4 sessions/week • about 16/month.

Session counts are monthly allowances, not a bank. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the following month, except where ALL IN was unable to deliver them.

3. Payment

Memberships bill monthly in advance through Stripe, on the same date each month. If a payment fails, Stripe retries; if it is still unpaid after 7 days, sessions pause until the balance clears. Card details are held by Stripe, never by ALL IN.

4. Scheduling and cancellation

Sessions are scheduled directly with your coach. Cancellation terms are set out in the cancellation policy, which forms part of this agreement.

5. Your coach

Coaches are matched on location, schedule, goals, and personality, and every coach holds a recognized personal-training certification, a current CPR/AED certification, and has passed background screening before entering a client home. ALL IN may change your coach — for availability, territory, or fit — and will tell you before it happens. If a coach is not right for you, ask and we will rematch you.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate health, injury, and medication information, and keep it current.
• Provide a reasonably safe training space with clear floor area, sound flooring, ventilation, working equipment, and pets secured.
• Be present and ready at the agreed time.
• Treat your coach professionally and respectfully.

7. Health, risk, and assumption of risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury that cannot be eliminated. You confirm you are medically cleared to train, you accept that risk voluntarily, and you agree to stop and seek medical attention if you experience warning symptoms. See the full health disclaimer.

8. Scope of practice

Coaches do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe therapeutic diets, or provide physical therapy or psychological care. They refer out when something falls outside a personal trainer's scope.

9. Media and privacy

ALL IN will not photograph, record, or publish anything about you or your home without your separate written permission, and permission can be withdrawn at any time. Your information is handled per the privacy policy.

10. No solicitation of coaches

Coaching is arranged through ALL IN. You agree not to engage an ALL IN coach privately for paid training during your membership or for 6 months afterwards.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, ALL IN's total liability arising from this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes and termination

ALL IN may update this agreement with at least 30 days notice, and price changes never apply to an existing membership without that notice. Either party may end the membership under the cancellation policy.

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and the courts of Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
