What this website is

This site describes ALL IN's in-home personal training service and lets you request a free consultation. Submitting the assessment is a request, not a booking: coaching begins only when we have spoken, you have chosen a membership, and you have accepted the coaching agreement.

Pricing and availability

Membership prices are shown in US dollars and bill monthly. We may change prices, but a change never applies to an existing membership without notice to you first. Service areas listed on this site can change as we expand, and we may decline to serve a location that is impractical or unsafe to reach.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Read our health disclaimer before starting any exercise programme.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is free of errors or always available. The membership recommendation produced by the assessment is a starting point for discussion, not a professional prescription.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you agree not to submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.

Intellectual property

The ALL IN name, the ALL IN Method, this site's text, and its design are owned by ALL IN Home Personal Training. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, ALL IN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and the courts of Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
