Who we are

ALL IN Home Personal Training ("ALL IN", "we") provides in-home personal training in the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. This policy covers the information we collect through this website.

What we collect

  • Assessment answers. Your training goal, realistic frequency, where you would train, your main obstacle, and your general weekly availability.
  • Contact details. Your name, and a phone number or email address so we can arrange your consultation.
  • Location. Your ZIP code, so we can tell you whether we currently serve your area. We log ZIP code availability checks — including ones that do not become an enquiry — to decide where to expand. These logs are not linked to a name.
  • Payment information. If you enrol, card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are processed by Stripe. ALL IN never sees or stores your card number.
  • Technical information. Your browser user agent and the page that referred you, recorded with your enquiry.

What we do with it

  • Contact you to arrange and conduct your free consultation.
  • Match you with an appropriate coach and design your programme.
  • Take payment and manage your membership if you choose to enrol.
  • Decide which parts of the Las Vegas Valley to serve next.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. By sending an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about ALL IN coaching by phone, text, or email. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers, each handling only what they need:

  • Supabase — the database that stores enquiries and membership records.
  • Vercel — hosting for this website.
  • Stripe — payment processing and card storage.
  • Resend — sending the notification and confirmation emails.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Client and payment records are kept for as long as required by Nevada tax and business record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email ivan@allincoaching.online and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it uses is a sign-in cookie for the private admin dashboard, which regular visitors never receive.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Training for a minor is arranged through a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. See also our terms of use.
