1. I understand that training carries real risk

I understand that physical exercise — including strength training, conditioning, stretching, and the use of equipment — carries an inherent risk of injury that cannot be removed by supervision, screening, or careful programming. Those risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Muscle strains, tears, and soreness
  • Sprains, dislocations, and joint injuries
  • Broken bones and impact injuries, including from dropped equipment
  • Slips, trips, and falls
  • Aggravation of an existing or previously unknown condition
  • Heat illness, dehydration, fainting, and overexertion
  • Heart attack, stroke, and other cardiac events
  • Serious permanent injury, disability, and death

I understand these risks exist even when everything is done correctly, and I choose to train anyway.

2. I am training in my own space, by my own choice

I understand that sessions take place at my home or another location I have chosen, not a facility built and maintained for exercise. I am responsible for providing a reasonably safe space: adequate clear floor area, sound flooring, adequate lighting and ventilation, equipment in safe working order, and pets and children kept clear of the training area.

3. I confirm I am fit to train

I confirm that I am in good enough health to take part, that I have been advised to consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme, and that I accept full responsibility for that decision. I will give ALL IN accurate and current information about my injuries, limitations, medications, and symptoms, and I will tell my coach promptly when anything changes. I understand that withholding this information puts me at risk.

4. I will stop when something is wrong

I will stop immediately and seek medical attention if I experience chest pain or pressure, severe breathlessness, dizziness, an irregular heartbeat, sudden severe pain, or any symptom that feels wrong. I understand my coach holds a current CPR/AED certification, and that this is emergency first response only — it is not medical treatment.

5. Release and assumption of risk

In consideration of being permitted to take part in ALL IN coaching, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks described above, and I release and agree not to sue ALL IN Home Personal Training, its owners, employees, and coaches for any claim, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or relating to my participation, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

This release binds me, my spouse, my heirs, and anyone else who could bring a claim on my behalf.

6. What this release does not cover

This section is stated plainly because a release that hides its own limits is worth less, not more. This release does not apply to:

  • Gross negligence, recklessness, or willful or intentional misconduct
  • Any liability that cannot lawfully be released under Nevada law
  • Conduct outside the scope of coaching, including any criminal act

Nevada courts decide whether and how far a release like this is enforceable. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

7. Training a minor

If the client is under 18, this must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts it on the minor's behalf as well as their own. A parent's ability to release a minor's own future claims is limited under Nevada law, and nothing here claims otherwise.

8. I have read this

I confirm I have read and understood this document, that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and to take legal advice, and that I am accepting it freely. I understand I am giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue for ordinary negligence.

This sits alongside the coaching agreement and the health disclaimer. Your acceptance of all three, and the version of each, is recorded when you enrol.
