Personal training is not medical care
ALL IN coaches are personal trainers, not physicians, physical therapists, dietitians, or psychologists. Nothing said during a session, a consultation, or on this website diagnoses, treats, or cures any medical condition.
Talk to your doctor first
Consult a physician before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have or suspect heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, a respiratory condition, a joint or back problem, a recent injury or surgery, an eating disorder, or if you are pregnant or recently postpartum.
Exercise carries risk
Physical training involves risk of injury, and in rare cases serious injury or death. That risk cannot be eliminated by supervision, screening, or good programming. By training with ALL IN you accept that risk voluntarily.
Tell us the truth about your health
Your intake and readiness screening only works if it is accurate. Tell your coach about every injury, limitation, medication, and symptom that could affect training, and tell them promptly if anything changes.
Stop and seek help
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain or pressure, severe shortness of breath, dizziness or fainting, an irregular heartbeat, sudden severe pain, or any symptom that feels wrong. Call 911 in an emergency. Your coach holds a current CPR/AED certification, but that is a first response, not medical treatment.
Nutrition guidance has limits
Coaches provide general nutrition guidance within the scope of a personal trainer. They do not prescribe diets for medical conditions, and they do not treat eating disorders. Those need a registered dietitian or physician.
Training in your home
You are responsible for providing a reasonably safe training space: enough clear floor, sound flooring, adequate ventilation, working equipment, and pets secured. Your coach may decline to run a session in a space that is not safe.
Results are not guaranteed
Outcomes depend on consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, genetics, medical history, and adherence. ALL IN does not guarantee any specific result.
